The testing was easy and painless. I was amazed at how simple the process.was. I was able to wear a pair of hearing aids that were “prescribed” to me based on my hearing results. To be able to make changes on your phone to better hear your conversation amidst noisy background chatter/clutter is how far technology has come. Usually, they are very prompt on their appointment. But I believe they had some technical issues and people were coming in because they got a text for their appointment which the text should have never gone out or was incorrect. So I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my 11 o’clock appointment. Then I felt a little rushed because they were trying to catch up and get back on time. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and usually a little more prompt with their time frames than they were for my appointment.
